to be dhetto means to be mad tight. this means that you are not feeling/smelling something. dhetto can be interpreted as someone who just got p-ssed off.
last night i was chillin’ in the club getting my dance and swerve on till some b-tch spilled a drink on me. before i knew it,i was mad dhetto and ready to drop tha hoe.
