disbursement
a large amount of money given to irresponsible college students that have too much financial aid. supposed to be used for outside-college expenses, but instead is used to buy expensive things that said college student doesn’t necessarily need.
it’s disburs-m-nt day! buy all the things!
i think i’ll use my disburs-m-nt as a down payment on a sensible car.
