person who is unable to grasp the concept of time and usually shows up late to everything. this person also seems to excell in photoshop. but beware, if you are trying to pay attention to anything whilst this “distraction jackson” is around be prepared to be thoroughly annoyed. also enjoys long cobs of corn.
