a term used by it people to re-ssure a user that they know what the problem is when they really don’t.
used frequently on bad systems/admins that have plenty of un-registered bugs, to go to the boss and talk about only “one” problem.
– why does this intra-net crash so much on mondays?
– that would be the well known ditto bug.
