donatra is the commander of the irw valdore which tries to -ssist the u.s.s. enterprise ncc-1701-e during its battle with the reman warbird scimitar. the valdore is given a good beating but later after the battle it provides aid to the enterprise.
commander donatra: you’ve made a friend in the romulan empire today, captain. hopefully, the first of many.
