a person who “doesn’t give a sh-t about what they say” is usually that kid who used be apart of the group, but was seemed a bit weird because he was too shy to make a good impression.
overtime, they then gain the ability to not give a sh-t about what they say, and say whatever the f-ck they like, and people will find it hilarious, or when it comes to relationships… amusing and flirty.
