a dotche is a person or thing that is so r-t-rded or ugly that you cant help but to laugh when you look at them/it, but deep down inside u feel sorry for them but you continue to laugh because its that hilarious!
dotche can be used to describe anything thats stupid, lame, or just un-cool.
