a small gang which started in lake tahoe, zephyr cove, nv which was formed as an anti-gang movement to demean gangs and show them how stupid gangs looked. a mock gang, but formed from a bunch of really cool guys that meant well, and were lucky no one really ever considered them a true threat or they would have been beaten, raped, and/or worse.
their gang sign was a crossed hands pattern to resemble a dove over the heart. and when 2 members would approach, each of their hands would be half of the wing, taking the 2 of them to form the symbol.
