adj: one who performs, in the conventionaly academic and social senses, while under the consistent influences of narcotics. we should like to note that cocaine users are not considered true drugstars given cocaine’s tendency to foster a “peppy” outlook. although, anyone who does loads o’drugs and isn’t a total “garbo lobster” is generally considered a drugstar.
