drunk, inebriated, plastered to the extreme, possibly still mobile but definately not conscious. there must have existed some person named cooter brown at one point in human history and he was a drunk!
hunter came home from that kegger last night and he was as drunk as cooter brown. we just threw him in the bathtub and closed the door.
