a slang term used by er medical personnel to describe patients who come to the er, drunk, stating they want to kill themselves.
nurse sally: “do you think that guy really wants to kill himself?” nurse betty: “no, he’s just drunkacidal. let him sleep it off and he won’t even remember this in the morning.”
