a dry f-cker is someone who f-cks you without getting any personal gain from it. it is sometimes unintentional; although most times it is caused by just being a f-cking ignorant or dumb f-cktard.
every calls ken a dry f-cker because he got the cops called on an underage house party because he was caught breaking into a house across the street. the cops arrived and heard the music, everyone got arrested for underage drinking.
