this is the term used when someone does not get out of the way of a fire truck in route to a call.
a firefighter is driving to the scene of a fire. the person in front of him does not move when seeing the lights and hearing the siren. as you p-ss the driver of the vehicle looks to you as if there is something wrong. you look back and say duh! big red truck
