an educator educated in pedagogy, and child development and play based learning, who also facilitates the development of children. they can work in early years centres, childcares, schools and more. eces care for and educate children as young as infancy to school age. they can also be known as eces. they are extremely important and we are not babysitters!
emma and jim are early childhood educators. they graduated the diploma at their college and work in the preschool room at the childcare.
