an expression humorously acknowledging dread or a problem, tempered with glee and cuteness. it is a portmanteau of the furry slang expressions “eep!” and “oh noes!”, and was created by two members of the furry community on wednesday january 23, 2008 in prunedale, california, inspired by a california license plate which read: 3eep035
