someone who is literally in love with themselves. they will try to catch a glance of themselves in mirrors when n-body is looking. when caught, they will say they are looking at their hair, a spot etc. they sometimes kiss mirrors, and in extreme cases, fap to their own picture. the vast majority of egophiles are egotists.
