in the bro code he would represent a brother in law that is mostly hated by the husband and all of his bros for beeing a d-ck, idiot or making the husband look bad in all sorts of situations.
he is not wanted in the comapny of the husband and his bros, but is often beeing forced by the husbands spouse to become a part of the bros and hang out with them.
