Elbasan
a city located in albania. one of the larger cities in the country, elbasan is located in a valley in the mountain ranges of albania. the second most polluted city in europe, due to the old factories that have run since the countries communistic reign. elbasan is a poor city, but is full of gorgeous women. it also has delicious local food. in short, elbasan is the greatest city in albania…maybe even in all of europe….
