emergency food
emergency food is a subst-tute meal when you don’t have the time, energy or actual materials from which to make a real meal. it will usually consist of canned goods but can be anything that will last and is easy to take from shelf to plate. will sometimes be reduced to unusually large snacks such as pringles.
