the emotional state of a woman while she is pms-ing. generally a complete mess of emotions. will cry, scream, yell etc. at the most minute issues or ideas. the feeling could be described metaphorically like a file cabinet being knocked over in your head and having all the files lost and mixed up all over the floor in front of you and having no idea where to start picking them up.
