epismetology
from a steve miller song, “enter maurice”, which uses the words “sweet words of epismetology”. it was probably a misheard version of “pizmotality”, a word coined in 1954 by vernon green of the medallions. “pizmotality” meant words so secret they can only be revealed to a lover. see “pompatus”.
