intoxicologist erick donoghue put together:
bacardi white rum
malibu coconut rum
contreiu
blue curacao
pineapple juice
put all parts in shaker with ice…shake the f-cking sh-t out of it. (pineapple juice has the tendency to get frothy when shaken so serve it up in a collins or a big wine goblet like i did)
do it right and a really cool almost neon green color will result.
garnish with pineapple wedge, absolutly incredible, everyone loves it. really boozy too!
