1.) throwing up at the same time as having an -rg-sm.
a.) receiving so much pleasure from the act of throwing up that you have an -rg-sm.
b.) eating food or drinking a beverage that tastes as good coming up as it does going down.
examples
1.) the girl was getting double teamed and had an -rg-sm just as the man in front gagged her and made her vomit: an esophagasm.
2.) last night i drank so much that i had to puke to make room for more beer. it felt so good when i did that i had an esophagasm.
