example: it’s only okay to be proud of your ethnicity when you’re not white.
brett: i’m proud of being black!

bob: i’m proud of being white.
everyone: bob, you can’t say that! that makes you racist!
ethnic privilege includes, but is not limited to, being able to say that you’re proud of your ethnic heritage as long as you aren’t white; racial profiling; etc.
