a song by a band named motion city soundtrack, which came off of their second studio alb-m t-tled “commit this to memory” it speaks of just forgetting your “problems” to thus make yourself a better person, instead of harping on the past as so many of us do. the video includes the lead singer sitting in a therapist chair admitting to a therapist all of the troubles that have been in his life, the therapist responds in the lead singers voice “tell me that you’re alright…. that everything is alright…”
