Exile on Main Street
a double lp released by the rolling stones in 1972. often considered to be the band’s best effort, it combined rhythm and blues with rock & roll and blues rock and is one of the most critically acclaimed alb-ms of the 20th century. it should also be noted that the alb-m was strengthened by the lead guitar work of ex bluesbreaker guitarist mick taylor.
