Extake
the opposite of intake.
if i intake “x” amount of calories and “extake” “x” amount of calories i won’t gain weight. if i “extake” more calories than i “intake” i will lose weight.
if i intake so much alcohol that i involuntarily “extake” it…i am inebriated!!!
