a term used as a response to when another makes a comment that is either c-cky or intended to be funny but is not. the exclamation is a skewed version of f-ggot and is partnered with a hand gesture resembling spock’s “live long and prosper” (hand gesture is supposed to resemble an f). pr-nounced a quick fer!
