points that one receives when he or she shows up at a place and gets noticed.

pertains particularly to people come back to an area where they used to live/be/roam. such as a college student coming back to the area were they went to high school
dude i got mad face points at the gym today.

lets go to the dinner there might be some high school chicks there, we could get some face points.

i went to dunkin donuts and n-body was there, major face point disappointment.
