when you receive a facebook friend request from someone who you would rather not be friends with for whatever reason feel obligated to accept, you have been facebook friend snared.
cr-p! i have been facebook friend snared! i don’t like lisa very much and she has sent me a friend request. i’d ignore it but we have so many friends in common that it would be awkward to ignore her request so i accepted it.
