1. describes a person who celebrates extensively only the good with one another, then goes into a almost hermit-like state when their friend is doing something thats not generally accepted by the m-sses.
2. someone who only is there for the good times and bails on you for the rough, similar to a gold digger and a fairweathered fan.
my fairweathered friend marcus, who will only accept me as an equal in real life and then turns to me as a “lesser” upon other peers of his over the internet.
