a person who pretends to be a skateboarder but really can’t skate. he imitates the skater lifestyle through dress and att-tude. he hangs out at skate parks and with skaters, but can’t stay on the board to save his life.
ryan: “i always see josh at the skate park. he has the coolest boards but i never see him skate”
