an acronym for fat -ss mothers who intentionally park illegally. a term used to describe the obnoxious habit of fat -ss mothers who, usually in large suvs or minivans, intentionally block or park in driveways, sidewalks, or other obviously illegal parking spots—signed or not—for the purpose of parking closer to the entrance of a school, store or other retail outlet as opposed to parking legally a bit farther away and walking like the rest of us. famwipi feel that they are ent-tled to kojak a parking sp-ce at all times.
i whish the cops would write some parking tickets to these famwipi, but that would be pig on pig crime…
