fanwagon
the term given to joining a team’s proverbial bandwagon during the later parts of the season and or playoffs. this means becoming a fan when you previously were not, even if that means for just a few days.
“dude, doesn’t look good for the jazz.”
“i know. but i can’t stand the lakers. if they win, i’m hopping on the suns fanwagon.”
