Farfilosis
somewhat of a generic term to describe any ailment (typically gastrointestinal in nature) you may be having at the time. often used in conjunction with “blowhole”, as a combination that just sounds good together to complete the sentence.
dude you don’t look good….. you look like you’re coming down with farfilosis.
