a foregin automobile (like a ricer) that has been modified, usually only cosmetically, to resemble a street racer like the cars in the fast and furious movie and engages in tire barking and engine reving in an effort to convince other motorist he is a “hard core race.”.
person 1: man! that dude has killer wheels. bet hes got some serious ponies in that rod.
