a time period of boredom in between two planned activities when one has nothing to do and compensates by eating, even if not hungry.
in between her cl-sses in the morning and dance lesson at night, sally had so much fat time that she didn’t know what to do with herself.
sally: “am i eating because i’m bored? i need to find something to do so i don’t have so much fat time!”
