fake hardcore, also for screamo and metalcore. taking cl-ssic 80’s and 90’s hardcore, screamo, and metallic hardcore (metalcore), by completely debauching the subgenre(s) from over use of “break downs”, unnecessary clean vocals, weak death metal vocals/growls, unoriginal and overused “hardcore att-tude” (ranging from tough guy, integrity, and “brotherhood” themed lyrics).
the most hardcore bands ever are like emmure & attack! attack! no man, that’s faux hardcore….
