someone that is deathly afraid of cats big or small to extreme mesures. or from having been injured by said felines at one point in time to fear them
-a kitten meows and the person screams bl–dy murder climbs on top of something afraid to make a sound for fear that the the cute fluffy kitten will eat their face. or is possessed by the devil.
