a word created by nicki minaj’s hot ghetto mess of a hypeman safaree “sb” samuels a.k.a scaff beezy. it means a svengali which is a person who completely dominates another, usually with selfish or sinister motives. sb thought when nicki minaj used the word in her song “roman holiday” that she said fengali and because he is a dumb -ss he started wearing the word on his chains and t-shirts.
