fernhill is a village near aberdare in rhondda cynon taff, wales. surrounded by natural beauty fernhill is one of the most poverty hit areas in south wales, around 40% of adults are unemployed. fernhill also has a big drug problem which leads to turf wars between the drug dealers resulting in a lot of crime on the fernhill council estate.
