a word used to describe someone thats really lame.
person 1: “bobby is such a festoon”
person 2: “tell me about it bro, he’s such a b-tt”
to adorn what otherwise may’ve been met with scorn.
i regularly festoon my computer screen with festive comical cartoons.
the act of coitus followed by a move similar to the the joe mauer.
i can’t wait to festoon jessica after the prom, it’ll be a memory she’ll never forget!
