a very unintellectual, border line autistic child who is infatuated with an object such as a fidget spinner or a fidget cube. the items are widely known as tools and toys for children with adhd, add, autism, and other mental conditions to concentrate at the task in hand. people that do not have these conditions and use these products are considered stupid, and a “fidgeter”.
