fighter’s flu
when a person claims to be a fighter and also that he or she is thinking about partic-p-ting in a fighting sport, for example a jiu-jitsu tournament or a boxing match, but on the day of the event doesn’t show.
bob- “where’s mike, he said he was thinking about competing.”
john- “that’s what he said last time. he always gets the fighter’s flu and doesn’t show.”
