cleaning the -n-s by rubbing it in a back and forth circular motion with the tip of the middle finger and slipping the finger tip in a few times no more than nail deep. typically performed in the shower.
i used be worried about my freshness before getting b-tt banged but since i have a high fiber diet my doctor suggested a light finger mopping instead of douching.
