flairista
flairista is a term used to describe a barista who adds flair to liven up his/her job. generally, some common types of flair for a barista is to flip cups, whipped cream cans, drinks and tampers. flair can also be latte’ art or designs on other beverages.
basically this is a bartender with flair, but without the alcohol.
