a defense maneuver used when one becomes the subject of a window d-cking, where the defender flicks the tip of the d-ck, hoping to scare off the -ssailant.
knowing that q-tips are too painful and require too great precision, peac-ck knew that there was only one way to scare chuckles off. it was the flick it clause of 2014 that would do the trick.
