happens when you are fired from a job because of someone you hired is replacing you. this occurs when you get a friend hired at your job, but then your superiors soon realize that the friend can do a better job than you can.
troy was foss’d from work because the guy he hired can easily replace him.
i got foss’d from work today cause i hired daniel and my company realized he is better than me.
