FPS Denial


the denial you experience after every death while playing a first-person shooter. you cannot even begin to comprehend how that bullet could have hit you or how your rpg didn’t kill him, but instead provided the opponent the opportunity to kill you.
-playing battlefield 3 and getting sniped at-
-crouch behind wall-
-you get shot in the head-
“what in the f-ck! there’s no way that bullet could have hit me! i’m in fps denial.”

    when you descretely read the magazine/book the guy beside you’s actually reading in the tube/bus.that’s your free reading of the day. on the way back home i’ve been freading for almost 10 minuts and the guy didn’t even notice.
