the practice of changing old, beloved food products into something new by combining said product with new ingredients or by changing the original mix of ingredients until said product is a sad frankenstein’s monster of capitalistic excess.
“have you seen the new banana white chocolate fair trade peanut b-tter cups? it used to be you got your chocolate in my peanut b-tter, before the frankensteinification of candy bars.”
“can i have another chocolate filling, white cookie oreo coated with white chocolate icing with fudge bits? give me more frankensteinification!”
